Mascaro was the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor for the PNG 20-Inch Pipeline Replacement Project. This project involved installing 6.5 miles of new 20-inch gas pipeline and a 3,200-linear-foot directional bore under the Conemaugh River.

What makes it interesting?

This design-build project included installing pipeline beneath the Conemaugh River, railroad tracks, and highway areas. Complications involved included permitting and right-of-way land acquisition.
