The Oiltanking Houston Ship Dock 8/9 project involved construction of a new ship loading facility around an existing ship dock while it was operational. Bidding this project required special attention to the schedule such that construction progress was made with minimal impacts to the existing loading facility.

What makes it interesting?

Challenges presented included scheduling the construction around ship loading schedules.

How HCSS Software assisted with this project
